Do they speak English in squat?

I'm not overly keen of the final part at the top at least from the north/south. Looks kinda lopsided slightly...like King Kong has popped up there and glued it on himself.

What is the hold up in the facade on the base? When might it start going up on this Gorgeous Tower? What a stunner this building is!

Are there any renderings of this tower from far away - I am curious how it will look in relation to the ESB since I believe it is fairly close.

Fifth Avenue's Tallest Residential Building, Due in 2025, Opens Sales and Reveals Design Plans

When 520 Fifth opens next year in Manhattan, due to be the tallest residential tower on Fifth Avenue, residents will live in a classic-luxe property that takes cues from such nearby historic buildings as the New York Public Library and Grand Central Station.

Located at the corner of 43rd Street, the skinny, supertall project from developer Rabina is being built by the architecture firm of Kohn Pedersen Fox - with unmissable oversized arch windows as a signature feature - while Vicky Charles of acclaimed design firm Charles & Co. is focusing her talents on the building's interiors...

^ Link doesn't work bro

This building is taking an age to show up in the skyline. Why is it apartment buildings seem to take longer to go up than office buildings? Thought it would be the other way around, what with office buildings having more amenities and more going on in the core etc.
