Yesterday workers were moving fencing around. One of them told me that excavation should begin in about two weeks?

I posted a quote from Jerry Sweeney in the Schuylkill Yards thread that stated he hoped to get the apartment tower started "as early as next year." So at least one of them isn't anytime soon. And they're still trying to secure anchor tenants for the other one.

That was in reference to the residential tower. The first office tower is expected to break ground sometime this year.
