The West Loop is going to look crazy in a couple of years.

Has the Tribune Tower completed renovation yet? I wonder how sales are going.

I've been under the impression the Tribune Tower renovation has been complete for a long time now. Unless I'm mistaken......

Man, I wish 360 N. Green had 10 more stories.

Chicago YIMBY has a good update on a couple of the finalists for the LaSalle corridor:

I'm starting to get more excited for these projects. Rehabbing some of these gems down there into what's proposed will spur new life into the loop where it's desperately needed.

Wow! How come I’ve never seen this before? Looks like something you’d see in NYC. Love the design.

Some more details were given in a CoStar srticle published 2 days ago. The design is by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture. It'll be 43 stories and 550 units.

I love all of the new pics of the buildings.
One can really see the time change and the warmer weather with blue skys. March is nice but I can't wait till May when floors and pours rise faster.

I'm looking to put a 2-bedroom condo on the market in in the next couple of months to get another one closer to work. I have about 50k in equity right now fyi.

Any suggestions? Use the same real-estate agent as the one you purchased from or one you plan to buy one from? What if you want to sell your place and only rent at the next place. If these are too many questions, does anyone have a Goto real-estate agent from North Park Chicago hood to Niles and or Skokie?

I appreciate any contributions.

Keep up the good work formers

All detailed construction pictures posted here are much are appreciated by me at least.
