Recent (a couple of weeks ago) drone shot showing construction progress on the Three Sisters development in downtown Moncton. The Second Sister is starting to become noticeable. Sister #3 will begin construction next year, and in 2025, a "fourth sister" on the other side of Assumption Blvd (purportedly 20 storeys) will begin construction.

A recent real estate aerial (last fall) showing the midtown section of downtown Moncton near St. George Street.

Love Saint John - one of my favourite cities in Canada. NB has three excellent cities including Fredericton and Moncton and plenty of great towns as well.

Really like how the Three Sisters are coming along in Moncton - looks like a quality development. Bit confused by the ground floor (great to see no blank walls in the pic above) as it looks like ground level windows and no balconies? Maybe a townhouse style podium might have worked better here? Will know more when all is said and done including the landscaping.

The first level of the three storey podium will be commercial retail. The next two levels of the podium will be apartments, and do contain balconies.

Here's a photo from several months ago:

You can see they are trying to recreate a formal streetscape with the podium.

Here's an original rendering of the full project. The three storey podium will be common to all three towers.

8 Cranes in that Hamilton shot. (I think I counted them all). A couple more out of that shot to the East as well.

It may not be to everyone's taste but Moncton does have its own unique vibe to it. And certainly the setting is quite unique as there aren't many cities on small tidal rivers with salt marshes.

Absolutely love the QC skyline. It's completely unique, and it's so dramatic.
