If the River District is finalized for the casino site, this thread might as well be merged into the casino thread

Yeah I don't even know who the developer for River District would be.

Bally's will build first including casino, hotel tower, parking garage, riverwalk, and Jefferson St extension (hopefully the pedestrian bridge too) but they don't know from residential highrises and I'm sure they don't want to manage a 2-decade buildout. I expect they will look for a development partner for the rest of the sites. Onni, JDL, Sterling Bay, Related all have massive projects on their plate already. Maybe Magellan or Golub?
