This one will really be a great homage to Sears. Happy about how it's turning out

it is not an homage to sears. the setbacks bear a resemblance to sears but that is where the similarities end. they're not even the same structural system, materials, color, height, or usage.

I mean... you are just wrong. The design is very intentional in its callback to the Sears. Viñoly said so. Piss off

Alright, this is completely uncalled for. He respectfully expressed his opinion regarding the subject and you attack him for merely stating his point of view. This isn't the first time I've seen you go after a poster and this only makes you come across as oversensitive and antagonistic. May I remind you that this a forum, where people come to discuss a subject and talk about their different points of view in a civil manner. If you can't handle listening to other people's opinions/views without getting butthurt then I suggest you find another forum.

I don't think you know what the word opinion means... We are talking about fact vs. fiction. It's not an argument in subjectivity.

He was factually wrong and tried to call me out(not very civil). People who pull shit out of their ass like that in an effort to look smart must be mocked. I'd expect it to be done to me as a reminder to not be a dumbdumb

Stop talking to me like you are my mom. It's uncivil of you

All I ask is that you respect other posters even if they are wrong. No need to demean them. We should try and foster a welcoming environment where people can respectfully agree or disagree with one another. I'm sure you understand.

I mean I get what you are saying, but when I saw the guy had been posting since 2006 and tried to correct me based off nothing... well, he had it coming to him. There's a reason you don't see certain people ever get corrected around here. I mean ffs, he's got the username Skyscraper, homeboy needs to use sources in the future. Now he knows

The glass looks great on this one. Its gonna be a winner I think.

On subject the crown reminds me a bit of Sears' earlier shorter antennae
