if this is an all steel frame with poured in place concrete floors, it will go up very fast. At 13 floors it will probably be topped out in a couple months. Note---finishing will take many more months.

Super! This one was sub-grade for quite a while. Steel frame. Should move a lot faster now.

Yeah, they're gonna need a tower crane soon though. Building is too tall with too narrow of streets and tall buildings all around - mobile crane wouldn't cut it after long.
