Roosevelt Hotel site (very likely supertall) at Madison & 45th, Boston Properties site (near-supertall) at Madison & 44th, the Milstein properties site at Madison & 43rd (talked about supertall before pandemic, now appears to be wait and see mode) and others to come.

^ Yes. I'm glad Milstein decided to wait. They were one of the earliest to talk about building. But it's next to and right across the street from Vanderbilt.
