This broke ground on 4/27 (according to Mr. Rgarri4's construction spy cam https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/sho...&postcount=123)

So almost exactly 4 months ago. That's like 90 week days. Will this be done in 4 more months? 5? That's some River North speed record or something. Wild.

They added two floors in a week! 920 N Wells broke ground only a few months ago and they're already half of the way topped out. Keeping at that rate, they could top out in a little over a month form now
