When we have ground broken and heavy equipment on site, I'll celebrate. Until then, these are just proposals. Though that area is changing quite a bit. Some of the 7-story buildings along Highland between Sunset and Hollywood Blvd are nearing completion. Glad to see more density near our heavy rail stations.
