CDR Submission for this for March

-Looks like plans have changed slightly. Looks like design has changed a little.
-Lowered from 25 floors to 20 floors. I didn't see any exact heights in the PDF, but would peg this around 265 FT tall now instead of 306 FT tall.
-Looks like Greystar is the developer now. Must've purchased it from Brickstone.

Pleased to see this hideous garage erased from our sight. Same with 16th & Sansom and what's now the Cambria. All that's left now is the monstrosity across from this future, I hate the garage at 12th & Walnut.

I like both this and the older design, but this feels more cohesive. A rare instance in which I prefer the downsized version.

Anything is better than that parking garage.

I wish the Hyatt Centric on 17th looked more like this. Every time I pass it I try to convince myself the blue panels aren't so bad....

One of the ugliest parking garages in the city will be transformed into one of the city's most beautiful newer buildings, thank god.

Not crazy about the balcony layout. I like it better when they are on top of each other. More privacy. Here you can literally throw salt/pepper to your neighbor if you run out...LOL.

I was actually just thinking about how I loved the diagonals the balconies create. I am a fan - pending what they look like in real life.

I believe it's owned by the law firm at 12th and Walnut. Not a great use of space.

Great news!
I love the the staggered balconies.
It will allow sunning on the balcony. West façade, I believe
Great density!

Great news. These garages are coming down like dominos!

This is one of the worst ones, can't wait to see it go.

Yet another possible victim. Hopefully not a large enough change to derail this. They could bump up the west side of the site to compensate for any lost square footage.

Can't imagine this would get derailed over 25 feet on the back 1/4th of the lot. Surely they could make an exception here.
