They should do them at the same time, but I think they'd want to get the smaller building done first. Like Riverwalk

^ Easy there. If there are updates, you'll see them here in short order, sometimes ahead of media reports.

Also annoying to bump a thread asking if there's updates when there's no updates posted

I was simply asking out of curiosity, I do apologize for the annoyance

Is it as annoying as posting massive photos over and over in several threads when asked by countless people not to?

He asked a question - that is at best a minor inconvenience that costs you 5 seconds of your day. I'm sure you got your hopes up for something exciting but managing your emotions is part of being an adult.

Bumping a thread is fair game because it represents an active community engagement. Maybe bumping it is a catalyst for someone to investigate the project, maybe it's a minor inconvenience.

Damn let's talk about something in the past that I don't even do anymore, you're cool. People are always bringing up the past like it's important now

^^^^^^^
I wish developers would read and comment here, but I doubt that their interests are close to most of the readers. PROVE ME WRONG.

Couldn't tell, just that there is definitely some sort of earth-moving going on.

What does "earth-moving" mean????

Are we talking about excavators and bulldozers or testing the soil?

Again, I can’t say for sure. I was moving back into UCross and only got a quick look at it. Part of it seems to be fenced off; there are some light excavators and it seems like they’ve at least started to tear up the parking lot and redo the curve of JFK Boulevard.

I awoke this morning to construction equipment so this is definitely ongoing.

Hmmm, hopefully so! 3025 JFK is the residential building. Let's hope they still move forward on it. May be a little while now until we see movement on another office building.
