That is crazy. Glad no one was hurt. Damn. Makes you wonder what else could be done. Mother nature can kick up and rear her head in an instant.

It's a bit of a quandary. These massive buildings are designed by the best minds in the world to withstand high force winds. What do they have to say about sheets of plywood used during construction being held together by penny weight nails at 500 feet in the air?

I was right across the river when that happened. There were loud creaking and banging noises coming out of 110 N. wacker too and the crane was moving around. Some shots of (or including) Wolf Point East. The two stormy shots were taken as that gust front was moving in;

I'm not usually a fan of tearing down trees but I can't wait for them to start taking out those trees along the river to bring on WPS.

you guys encouraged me to remember to post some others and finally finish the fireworks video I took during NYE.

Last week during a storm.... we definitely do not want to lose that last sun slot down the canyon due to Fulton Market high rises. The rare glow up during storms is surreal...
