Snapped today, and it looks like it's topped out. Someone needs to clean the damn camera lens.

Did anyone notice the relatively large setback from the street on this one? If the pool ends up being on top of the podium, it will be right on top of Broadway...yuck! I guess better the pool than the residences themselves...

Anyone know what the cheapest units in Electra are going for? 700k for a closet or something?

It looks like it... but I cannot tell... will Electra have the highest occupied floor among all buildings downtown?

Certainly America Plaza is taller overall... measured at the highest elevated point. But what about occupied floor level.

I apoligize if this has been asked before... but hey, I am doing a bit part in keeping this thread near the top, right?

Electra will have the highest occupied floor but not necessarily the highest occupied space. Symphony towers has a lower floor count, but since it is 20 feet taller than Electra, it's top floor is probably the highest occupied "space".

One America Plaza and Manchester Grand Tower 1 are our of that running because they both have unoccupied pointy tops.

Gorgeous! This is without a doubt (IMO) the nicest project to go up in SD during this round of development. I just hope the next group of towers compares.

I feel bad for Electra though, it is too beautiful to be next to that ugly power station thing.

Sexy tower though, no doubt.

the pool is actually on the backside of the tower, the open area on top of the podium is a grassy BBQ area

Here are a couple more I just snapped -

It's cool that there will be a grassy area on the rooftop
