Calm down Tempe, central phx is still the highest density of employment and it’s denser and vastly larger than Tempe (thinking from the train tracks north to camelback.
West valley will always be working class but it’s far out populated by the east valley. Now with the 303 down, the 202 open by Christmas and the i-11 coming someday you’ll see a population explosion out west.
And don’t take this the wrong way I’m and east valley boy through and through
