VP, awesome as always! For future updates, 3344 in Atlanta had its topping out ceremony today, and foundation work for 12th and Peachtree is definately underway (for your "under construction" thread)...

VP...I'm sorry...I meant 12th & Midtown, not 12th & Peachtree. And, it's Phase II...1010 Peachtree, under construction, is Phase I. Here's a construction webcam link...Phase I one the left and Phase II is the giant excavation site on the right.

You can see in the excavation site that concrete trucks are now on-site and foundation caisson and pile construction has commenced.

12th & Midtown construction webcam:

also, here's the thread for it:

Yes, VP, I'm sorry a second time. I was talking about the construction list, not the diagrams. I thought you did that thread too but I just checked and it's kazpmk! Never mind!

Great job + Thanks!

Note for the next update, pay especially close attention to Legacy because it is going to be well over the preserved facade by then, so you'll have to add like 10 floors to it! I can give you a link to the thread if you want.

^ also, for your next update, one museum park in chicago is very close to being topped out now, as the picture by harryc below indicates. all that's left now is the crown.

vpauzuolis: great job as always!!! keep it up!
one question: is it at all possible to have links for all under construction projects threads incorporated in your diagram somehow? maybe under the name of the project? just wondering...

and thank you again for the updates...
