That EK would be fun on a tight course.

^ very nice.

Here's an old Dodge truck that I spotted in Galesburg, Michigan on Sunday. Rusting away, but the hood ornament and trim are still intact. I'm guessing it is from a similar era -

A vintage Mercedes SL. The fake old import number plate says 1963, but going by the US-required side marker lights/reflectors, I'm thinking this is a later model, unless those marker lights were added later (sider-marker lights/reflectors started being required in the US and Canada for the 1968 model year).

^ Thank you!

They are the genuine side skirts for the SW20 made by Trust/GReddy, a popular JDM tuner company.

As far as the appearance, I do like that it's clean and subtle (OEM+). The main difference is obviously it adds a rocker panel, so it helps the car look visually lower even if the ride height/wheel gap is the same. I could lower the car more, but I don't want to be rubbing everywhere. I still want it to be functional as well (not slammed or hella flushed out).

And the other main difference is you have a single open side scoop, as opposed to the OEM split scoop. I like the single open scoop since it helps modernize the car a little bit by simplifying and cleaning up the lines (it reminds me of the change Ferrari made from the 348 to the F355). And it's slightly more functional too since it improves airflow to to the intake (LH side) and intercooler (RH side).
