Could "Potala Tower" be moved to the u/c section. Its under construction.

Potala Tower IS NOT "under construction" - The tower is not even approved. The process of having the city consider the tower and the changes being proposed just began last Thursday.

Who is trying to claim that a tower is under construction when only shoring and grading are in process?

Why is someone trying to indicate a tower is under construction when it is there are no building permits? This could be tremendously misleading.

Other projects with site prep work, but waiting for construction permits are listed as proposed. Why should this project be any different?

Currently a tower is "proposed" for this site.

Maybe it will be approved and get MUP & Building permits, but, again it would be misleading at this time if it was listed as a tower under construction.

No construction on Potala Tower or the garage below grade. These permits are on the Seattle site where it shows that they have not yet been issued.

Should you have issued permits that support your claim, please provide permit number(s). Otherwise, I consider your comments to be active attempts at misleading folks.

Mods ignore "Check your facts". He keeps sabotaging my thread with anti-development news. He's also been banned from SSC for the same nonsense 3 times. Unless he's Ray Charles, this tower is u/c. Evidence is in the pic above.

I have a pretty good record of being right with things. Not only that, but I've predicted just off property diagrams and potential sales info of parcels on certain projects, and they've come true. Often, way before the tabloids mention it. Check the NYC projects I make threads for. They all become reality and eventually wind up u/c.

So if anything, that's insulting. Plus, look at sites like YIMBY. Many times, the info is on SSP days before its on there thanks to me. So again, my record versus yours.

There are no permits issued for a tower or garage that support your statements.

You did not provide any permit numbers because you cannot. The Seattle website is completely up to date.

As you know (and are well informed of) the review process is just beginning. This began this past Thursday. Yet you continue to try and misrepresent the current construction as being something other than shoring, grading and site prep for a crane (with the hope that the tower and garage are issued permits). ... oh yeah... there is a permit to construct a side sewer!

If you want to keep taking steps to mislead folks and tell them the current construction is that of a tower, then that's on your shoulders, your conscience.

Tower is good to go and is u/c. This being 125 Greenwich. Steel columns on the right.

Foundation work (such as drilling caissons) will have to occur before a project can be moved to the u/c section.
