The huge space just north of Dillard's where they had all the Christmas stuff; is that part of Atlantic Station? Any idea of whether that will be developed?

Pretty sure you’re speaking of the site which is soon-to-be developed into a large apartment project. Think it is about 10-stories. I’m sure someone will see your post and provide the rendering which came out not long ago. Hoping for a little better exterior treatment than what was initially shown. But it looks to be happening in 2021 as far as construction getting underway.

That's a separate site - the proposed apartment is immediately north of tower street, where tennis events have been held (visible on google maps). The larger site is to the north of Atlantic station, the huge lot north of 20th street where events such as Cirque du Soliel and Christmas lights have been held. Unless I'm misunderstanding the OP. Either way, two great sites for development! The apartment was announced years ago and we haven't seen any progress, unfortunately.

Here is an article that was published by Curbed a few years ago.

I believe that was originally the site proposed for a supertall tower. I'm not aware of it ever being any more specific than that and it's likely that idea has been tabled, perhaps permanently.

Could it be - the usual suspect? Let's see. This board needs to step it up.

Not a big deal but looks like Atlantic Yards is now Microsoft for all to see.

Does anyone know how long their lease is? Will they retain this office after they build their campus over by the quarry?

And this is the "skyscraper" we are most proud of in Atlantic Station (I live there). The Tallest in the world.

Also here is Atlantic Yards/Microsoft from the south side. We have 3 more spots that need filling in now.

Beautiful cloudless day. Went for a run and ran through 4 filming locations including one in my "backyard".

Bonus: The Atlantic from Home Park/Atlantic Ave.
