In English, it should have one. It's grammatically incorrect for it to not have one, but it has one because French. Tim Hortons is the same way, started by Tim Horton, owned by Tim Horton, it was Tim Horton's company, but it's trademarked as Tim Hortons as if Hortons was his last name, because you can't say "Tim Horton's" in French.
