I believe that they're framing up the floor of 43 currently, which means 5 more before topping out.

Maybe it's just the area but this has to be the tallest looking sub 500 foot building I've ever seen.

I can't imagine the impact the other tower(s) will have here.

I believe it's at 45 if you're looking at it from the west. That base has three floors.

Facade restoration project.. replacing bricks and rusted steel. Pretty large project.. and the building will likely be painted a new color by next year.
This week they covered the HVAC vents on the east side for dust. (I live in the building)

Wow this page is fantastic. Thanks for the tour Ryan!

When was that building built, goyk? I've notice some serious cracks in it. The new color selection should be interesting and could make quite the impact on the river tour. Have they narrowed down what color they might be leaning towards?
