^So, 11 more floors is about the height of the tower crane's boom. Good height for the vicinity. Hope the shadow makes its neighbor to the north whither and die.

^ is anything slated to go on the lot north of River Point (the remaining parking lot between it and the Wolf Point tower in this photo)?

I love the blocking of views from the river bend condos esp from Jarta's windows.

I just cannot wait until the other two towers make it a complete blockage and than I will continue absorbing and enjoying the tears of the other place across the river to the west.

^well, perched over the river, sitting next to a squat box, having a relatively small footprint and with mostly unbroken vertical lines (sometimes shadows) and tight horizontal lines, it does a nice job drawing the eyes upward. It is punching above its weight class in terms of verticality for a building with this number of floors.

Riverbend resident tears should be donated to Friends of the River to keep the water level in check.

Isn't this going to be rental? The residents don't have any legal standing to even think about filing a suit thankfully.
