Passed by lastnight. This tower is rising quickly. It's already almost doubled since I saw a week ago.

This seems to be going up lightning fast compared to everything else in the Rainey district.

Tiny floorplates and no underground parking will do that for you. I expect the Modern to rise similarly quickly once it pokes above ground. But the pace on this one is exceptional - it started construction in July, the crane went up in August, and they're already pouring the eighth floor

These floor plates are twice the size of those at the Vesper yet it's rising 10x faster.

They finally made the trek to Rainey after finishing the library.

I don't recall seeing this render of the podium yet, but it appears to resemble the latest design. Certainly doesn't look as bad as the full-render of the building would lead you to believe.

This whole thing resembles Waterline. Minus the parking podium. Wish it was the original design, but this one works. Also I think it might top out before Vesper.

I don't see it. Aside from the angled roof (even that if you compare the two will be different as Waterline's roof angles at the corners while this roof is simply a sloped roof.) there is little to compare the two. building color, window color, tower shape itself. I think it will complement but I don't see it looking particularly similar at all. (Don't forget Waterline's tower will be angled differently as well.)

Unless they show other rendered angles but it just looks like a slanted east to west roofline to me.

Ugh, it's just another ugly screen. I wish we were still getting all the greenery and vegetation like the original renderings promised.

There weren't any renderings of the west side of the building, so I improvised to some extent.
