I also see it as a positive.
And when reading the fine print, only 2% of homes sold in the city are priced at $1M+, though that does not include most condo sales. So let's say 3-5% of homes sold, not a scary percentage. (compared to ~20% in NYC and DC).
But interesting to see the steep rise in new luxury townhouse prices in CC.
And I don't loathe the wealthy buyer. (I know you were being facetious though
