To think; the I-Beams at the top of this building cost Walsh/Salesforce at least 210% more than the I-Beams at the bottom. Insane times we're in. Enjoy the construction while you can!
Really fantastic shot/post - thanks for sharing.

Knowing how the market works, they (Walsh and Steel Subcontractor) should have a per pound price locked in when the contract(s) and purchase order(s) were signed.

The setbacks on the crown are becoming very pronounced.

The top setback taking shape. I think there's 2 more levels on top of this based on previously published stacking plans. https://www.333wolfpoint.com/wp-cont...cking-Plan.pdf

^ Did something change design wise recently on this?...that stacking plan looks different than previous versions...don't remember the multiple setbacks on the top 1/3 and the crown appears to be taller than previous images.

The stacking plan I linked to was dated 2/2020 and that reflects the multiple setbacks you speak of so I don't think so.

However the forum noticed/agreed that the actual construction has deviated a tiny bit from that stacking plan. Specifically the first setback now takes place 1 floor higher and the building is expected to be about 15 ft taller (already reflected in this thread title). But the form is largely unchanged.

Also the construction reflects all the renders from https://www.333wolfpoint.com/the-icon/ which haven't changed in a pretty long time.
