Not sure, but I wonder if it's COVID-motivated. Pre-COVID seemed like they would do in-person neighborhood meetings with in-person materials. With virtual meetings becoming the norm since COVID, I'm guessing that means putting things online, which certainly makes it easier for us forum-heads to poke around for stuff.
