From the top of a parking garage in Woodbury, NJ. Didn't expect this to pop out the way it did when I first spotted it

The tower crane was starting to come down today.
This was one fast project, first posting was July last year and I'm guessing they are aiming for spring/summer move ins. If so, that would be a 30 story apartment house in 2 years of construction. Not something we are not used to around here.

^Love that time lapse. It's crazy how developments like this are a blip on the radar...it's an impressive building at 344 feet, and we've had so many of these 'smaller' developments go up over the years. UC is on fire

This one went up quietly and quickly. The curtain wall is nearly to the top as of this morning.

It actually has quite a presence on Drexel's campus, despite being south of Market. Hopefully this project encourages high-rises on all of those parking lots along 38th.

Awesome N-S axis presence as seen coming down Chestnut Street from Upper Darby too. Great addition and impact to the skyline.
