Bowen Road is a fairly popular and easy flat hike part way up the hills behind the city's skyscrapers and financial district. Views are really good and some parts open up to the harbour as well.
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority occupies the top part of 2 IFC, previously the city's tallest building. They've set up a small museum about their mandate and the unique exchange rate system in place where the Hong Kong Dollar is pegged to the US Dollar. I was more interested in the views from the windows though.
