Those prices are bonkers. Those are basically Bay Area apartment prices, but I'm struggling to find a high-rise complex up here as genuinely good as this.

You get to see all those Camelback Mountains! Why did they wait until this time in my life to tell me there were so many Camelback Mountains.

Possibly, the part of the U.S. between Mid-town Manhattan and San Francisco.

Looking randomly at the first downtown SF apartment website that came up, a 1 bedroom in SF it seems like the going rate is $5000 per month.

1 bedroom at the ray are in the $2300 range, so doesn't seem like it's downtown SF pricing, maybe other parts of the bay area?

$5k is very atypical for a 1 bedroom in SF ... that's a 1 bedroom with "den" anyways which they use to get around certain requirements.

I seem to recall when the ray first put up a website the prices were *much* higher than $2300.

That is not the top floor, that is an open air mechanical penthouse level. They built the concrete columns and connecting beams that will hold the skin. They are now removing the falsework.

in the context of most of the glazing installed, and the sun angles moving into fall and winter mode...has anyone noticed the incredible amount of glare reflecting from the green glazing to buildings and areas nearby? It caught my eye this week driving on I-10 early morning, and late afternoon. No other building is this bad. I hope this does not cause delays. Will try to get pictures.

I took this a couple days ago because I thought it was cool how around sunset the sunlight passes through the empty upper floors but you can sort of see the glare caused by the glazing you're referring.
