People who aren't here keep saying it's getting better, in an almost Trumpian way, as if to say "You're not saying what you're seeing."

It's so frustrating.
You're right, things are awful and is worse than it was a few years ago or even last year. Downtown Portland just keeps getting worse and worse every year. By next year it will be the new Detroit.
