I wouldn't say it douchy but very tongue-in-cheek and gringe-worthy. Location is great for views and access to SkyTrain (Patterson), although it it's a little more than the 1-4 minutes walk quoted.
That 3D model if the area is cool and I would like to play with it more as Google Maps doesn't deliver in 3D in Burnaby.
