After seemingly decades of little to no growth, Niagara is growing again thanks (mostly) in part to retirees from the GTA and Hamilton areas. Anyone that grew up in Niagara knows the city population signs seemed to be frozen in time for a while
It appears the growth is roughly 5,000+ ppl/yr. With new residential subdivisions being constructed in practically every part of the region I expect growth to accelerate dramatically in the near future.
