It's the perception. People think the O-Train network is a boondoggle.
Personally, I have few complaints with operations. Even early on when there were more issues, I understood this was a normal growing pains.
My biggest problem is with the sad state of certain stations. Parliament, Lyon and Rideau are gross. It looks like a 30 year old system in a third world country.
