Wondering whether it might be worth your effort to colour-code by development type (Dark red for completed commercial, Dark blue for completed transport, Dark green for residential under 5 stories and Dark Purple for residential over 5 stories, for example or something like that, with colours getting lighter for developments that are under construction or proposed)?
