They have a few concepts up in Dallas that are just like the one here in SA..but nothing under construction that I can tell. I've given up hope on this project and it's mostly due to JMJ. I base this comment solely on my personal, no industry experience observation - but it doesn't look like they really know what they are doing with this project. These are also the same people who proposed building a Hard Rock hotel downtown a year or two ago and we've seen nothing from that as well.
It's disappointing. I was hoping this project would happen. I know I'm in the minority but I didn't hate the two tower proposal (I didn't love it either), I did really like the original rendering though. Oh well, here's hoping something even better will come along.
