Yet another mixed use project is coming along Yonge Street, right in midtown/ Yonge and Eglinton.

This time, the office tower which has bookended the block from Yonge to Soudan on the east side will be torn down for a new skyscraper featuring office space, shops and condos. The office space will be fully replaced, and over 20 floors of condos will be built atop the 8 floor base of offices, lobbies, retail and amenities.

Marketing for this project has been rampant for a few months now, so construction is close by, especially as this is a very hot neighbourhood for real estate due to the new railway/streetcar project.
