Brigil is proposing to construct two condominium buildings, of 79 and 92 residential units respectively, as well as a 93 unit retirement home, on a 31,121-square metre site at 8466 Jeanne d'Arc Blvd, at Prestige Circle. The proposal also calls for the creation of surface and underground parking spaces.
