It would be great if they could keep the big circular atrium dome spaces for the apartment/condo amenity rooms like a big circular indoor pool in one and

fitness/gathering/lobby space in the other. Big indoor garden would be cool. They have a cool 70's star-trek vibe, just demo all the retail spaces around them.
