This is my first thread, so please pardon the mediocrity!


Not much information is available so far, but this is what we have so far:

Developer: THIND Properties
Architect: Chris Dikeakos Architects
Address: 2425 Beta Avenue, Burnaby
Current Status: Preconstruction

It will be a master-planned residential community with one, two and three-bedroom condos and townhomes. At least one of the towers will be 39 stories tall (https://www.buzzbuzzhome.com/ca/lumina-brentwood). 3 storeys for ground-oriented townhouses fronting Beta Avenue and Alaska Street
39 storeys for the Waterfall building interior to the site.
37 storeys for the Garden building fronting Alaska Street
28 storeys for the Starling building fronting Beta Avenue
24 storeys for the Observatory building fronting Alpha Avenue.
