Old Oak is looking to develop this project on east side of Richmond just south of border between Arva and city limit. Twin 16s towers and town homes. Suspect this would be their next project after finishing the 2 remaining 16s towers at Hyde Park. Or they may go back to Southdale road and build the 3rd tower next to Pomroy.
