It seems obvious that over the next 10 years the O-Train will run from south Bank St heading north right into Gatineau. I'm guessing with the wide spread support of Hull residents that Prince of Wales Bridge is going to need to be upgraded and be back to use. It's the best way to get the O-Train into Gatineau.
