Plans are being prepared for the construction a new Dow Honda dealership to be located at 15 Colonnade Road. The property is located at the northeast corner of Colonnade Road and Merivale Road, and is bounded to the north by the Merivale Arena and to the east by undeveloped land that is scheduled for future retail development. It is understood that the proposed dealership building will be roughly rectangular in shape with a maximum width and length of about 34 and 83 metres, respectively. The building will be one to two stories in height and will be of slab on grade construction (i.e., no basement level). The building will be surrounded to the north and east by an at-grade parking lot. The remaining parts of the property will be scheduled for development at a future stage.
