Cidade Ocidental (Goiás State)
This is a planned neighborhood located near the federal capital of Brasilia. The project combines commercial and residential buildings, as well as bike paths, plazas, parks, stores and preserved native forest areas. Developed in partnership with Damha, it features a residentially zoned area of 3.5 million square meters, where approximately 3 thousand units will be built.
Among other attractions, the neighborhood, which is subdivided into eight large areas, will feature large green areas, a linear park (which will also be used by residents from surrounding areas), institutional and commercial areas, (commercial buildings, a supermarket, a strip mall and a shopping center are planned), in addition to lots for residential real estate developments.
