It's only a matter of time until the right 'fit' comes along. Personally, I think the terminal is a prime opportunity for an office development. Larry is no stranger to that area, so it's probable to assume he would know how to make a residential tower 'work' on such an awkward site.
Tower aside, that terminal needs a facelift!
