Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk TV Mast, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia, year of built: 1963, height: 182 metres

Saransk TV Mast, Saransk, Russia, year of built: 1961, height: 180 metres

Do you know further masts with such crossbars? What is the official Russian designation for these masts?
