522 Cambridge St | 14m | 5f | Proposed

InHarmony Developments is proposing the construction of a new 4-storey low-rise apartment building containing 19 dwelling units at 522 Cambridge Street. A new driveway along Cambridge Street South to provide access to two vehicular parking spaces located underneath a cantilevered portion of the building. Outdoor communal amenity areas are provided on-site within the rear yard and on a proposed rooftop patio.

The subject property is located on the west side of Cambridge Street South, between Carling Avenue and MacLean Street, within the Glebe Annex neighbourhood.

The property is an interior lot with an approximate area of 609 square metres and approximately 16 metres frontage on Cambridge Street South. A low-rise single-detached building currently exists on the subject lands, and will be demolished as part of this redevelopment.

Hard surface pathways and soft landscaping are provided throughout the site, including the planting of five new proposed trees and various shrubs. Areas for waste storage and 10 bicycle parking spaces are provided within the rear yard.
