Jorge Enrique is one of the best assets Saint John has... dude show's off the unique geography and built environment of this city and region better than anyone.
As for the museum project, I'm curious if the rooftop will be considered level 4 or level 5?
Based on the back view of the museum from the previous post, i count 4 floors above ground, which would make the roof level 5.
