No idea this was called "Snider Plaza".

Who owns this lot and the parking lot. The parking is a City of Ottawa lot, but I didn't think the City owned it, I thought it was the owners of Standard Life that had an office proposal for the site in mid-2000s.

Fun tidbit, this empty lot's history is closely tied to the Jackson Building across the street. The site was home to an Odeon theatre that suffered an explosion in October 1958, killing the janitor. That explosion is the reason Jackson had to be reclad.
