New York autumn hiking and fishing

My buddy and I hiked Bear Mountain yesterday. This is located near West Point, across the Hudson River from Peekskill. It was a beautiful day and it might have been peak foliage. We only saw about ten other people on the trail all day.

I think the person driving this vehicle had a little too much moonshine before getting behind the wheel.

This bridge connects Rockland and Westchester counties.

Now to the high seas. I already posted some of these in another photo thread but the striped bass fishing has been excellent in recent weeks. I caught a 28-inch keeper on Monday and grilled it for dinner.
