Subdivision Planning and Construction Updates

While looking through older threads, I noticed that threads about new subdivisions tend to get very few posts and views, especially if it's just single family homes. Usually the ones that include higher-density blocks (such as apartment buildings) get way more views.

So, I was thinking that general subdivision planning/construction updates could go here, while apartment buildings continue to get their own threads as usual.... we usually see what kind of apartment buildings will be built by the site-plan stage, which comes after subdivision and zoning approval

Plus with the upcoming expansion of the urban growth boundary, I suspect we'll see lots of subdivision applications within the next few years.

I will try to find all the subdivision applications from the past year.
